Refund policy

At Softest Rebellion™, every item is created just for you, printed to order, made fresh, and infused with intention. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items due to size, color preferences, or change of mind.

I value honesty and clarity, so here’s exactly what you can expect:

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

You’ll receive a free replacement, no questions asked. You deserve to get what you paid for, and I will always honor that. Approved replacements are typically processed withing 3-5 business days after your claim has been reviewed. 

Refunds-
Because every item is printed to order, refunds are not available for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or accidental orders.

If your item qualifies as damaged, defective, or misprinted, you will receive a replacement or refund at Softest Rebellion's discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.

Lost Packages (In Transit, Not Delivered)

If a package gets lost before it is marked as delivered, I will submit a claim with the print partner and have it replaced.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Once a carrier marks a package as DELIVERED, Softest Rebellion™ cannot replace or refund the order.
This includes situations such as:

  • Mail theft

  • Misdelivery

  • Packages left at the wrong locations

  • Items lost after delivery

If this happens, please check with neighbors, your household, or your local post office.
You may also file a claim directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or edited once they enter production (usually within 12 hours).
